Glass & oversized
Tanks, cabinets and anything crated ship on a pallet by freight, quoted per destination. We confirm the delivery window with you before dispatch — freight carriers need someone on site.
Glass is crated with timber and foam. Inspect the crate on arrival and photograph any damage before signing; it is the fastest route to a claim.
Live plants
Plants travel express with a heat or cold pack depending on the season. Some countries ask for a phytosanitary certificate — we will tell you before you order if yours does.
If a plant arrives dead, send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it or refund it. That is the whole policy.
Duties & taxes
Orders ship DDU: local import duty or VAT is the recipient's responsibility unless your checkout shows taxes collected. We declare the commercial value accurately — we cannot mark a parcel as a gift.
Returns
Unused dry goods can be returned within 7 days of delivery in original packaging; return freight is yours and the refund is issued once inspected. Live plants, opened soil and cut-to-order items are excluded.
